Part I Architectural Assistant Vacancy - Closed

We are looking for a talented Part I architectural assistant to join our studio in Cardiff in July 2019 and assist on a variety of exciting and challenging projects. There will be opportunity to gain a wide range of experience, including contribution to concept designs, development of schemes for planning and listed building applications, and technical information, on both new construction and conservation projects. You will be exposed to client and consultant communication, contract management and on site experience, providing a balanced experience across all RIBA work stages.

Our office uses Vectorworks, SketchUp, Pages and Photoshop. We are ideally looking for a candidate with a good working knowledge of these packages (or a capacity to learn quickly), as well as freehand sketching, and good written and verbal communication skills. The right applicant will be creative, organised, enthusiastic and have a good attention to detail.
