DSA’s Ty Melinydd and Tredegar House reroofing works shortlisted for RICS awards

Two DSA projects have been shortlisted for the RICS regional awards in Wales. External enveloping works carried out to the National Trust’s Tredegar House, Newport, which has included extensive reroofing works, renewing dormer windows and repairs to chimney stacks has been included in the Conservation category. Whilst the extension of a 16thcentury miller’s house, Ty Melinydd, using our prefabricated Welsh timber construction system to provide an artist’s studio has been recognised in the domestic category.
